Choosing healthy beverages at snack time can be challenging, but here is a fun, simple, nutritious and, most importantly, delicious treat that kids are sure to enjoy.

Number of Servings: 25 delights
Serving Size:  1 delight


  • 48 scoops lemon or lime sherbet
  • 12 cups grape juice
  • 12 cups ginger ale


  1. Put the sherbet into a tall glass using a ½-cup scoop.
  2. Pour the grape juice over the sherbet, and then pour the ginger ale over the top.
